Vivian Evans

Vivian is An Innovator : A collaborator : A synchronous Learning Expert and an experienced educator of over 30 years.

Vivian loves new ideas along with learning and applying new skills. Nothing is more exciting than brainstorming strategies to help solve a problem or creating something new - Coming up with real, practical and innovative solutions.

In 2016, Vivian, working in her own business, discovered that she was struggling to stay focused.

"If it wasn't emails popping up, Facebook or phone calls distracting me I would in fact distract myself! Thinking of other tasks ( like many people I have a big to do list) or flipping off topic if I got slightly bored or 'stuck' with what I was trying to do. I would then find myself on a completely different task than the one that really needed doing."

Frustrated she searched for a solution and discovered Deep Work by Cal Newport.

Deep work takes practice and it's like building yourself for fitness - You need to keep practicing to develop the 'Deep work muscle'

Kira Alexander

Kira is a 350 hour qualified Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Australia and has been practising Yoga for over 25 years with a strong foundation in the Hatha Yoga classical tradition.

Kira has a strong musical background with an Advanced Diploma in Music.

Kira worked as a professional singer for over 15 years in Australia and Internationally in Cabaret, Jazz and Musical Theatre and specialised in multilingual singing in many languages.

Upon discovery of the Tibetan Singing bowls, Kira was intrigued and fascinated at how the vibrations of the bowls correlated with the different energy centres in the body.

She found that linking her own voice to the vibrational drone qualities of the bowls produced a soothing range of harmonic overtones.

Using Ancient Sanskrit Mantras from Yogic traditions has been a natural progression for Kira in finding the right blend of soothing sounds in this unique healing modality.
